Vera was a doctor. She work in haematology and she worked there until she retired. Haematology is the study of blood. Vera would have small holidays and put her earnings for the bills and any left over she would spend on herself. She finished at different times each day. A typical day for her could be telling people about their blood. The reason she chose to be a doctor was because she had always wanted to be one.
